Thanksgiving Day is statutory in Ontario, Quebec, BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. It is not a statutory holiday in the four Atlantic provinces.
The date is the second Monday of October. Common observance in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI or Newfoundland and Labrador does not add those provinces to the statutory scope.
